Diced Ham with Crystal Sugar
Materials:
150g piece of ham
lotus seedpods
Chinese dates, tremella soaked in water
Preparations
- Without cutting through the skin, cut the ham into small pieces, steam with
crystal sugar for an hour, remove, drain, add crystal sugar, pistilled seed
pods, Chinese dates, steam for another hour till soft.
- Tear the soaked tremella into pieces, stew till flavored, put around the
diced ham.
