Pork and Brake

    Materials:
    100g pork tenderloin
    500g brake

    Preparations:
  1. Cut the tenderloin into strips, add salt, MSG, wine and pepper, leave for a while, add a little egg white, stir-fry in 6 fold hot oil.
  2. Wash and cut into lengths the brake.
  3. Flavor oil with scallion and ginger, stir fry the brake till cooked, add the meat slices, toss.
