      Materials:
      500g firm bean curd
      winter bamboo shoots
      mushrooms
      fresh peas

      Preparations
    1. Cut the bean curd into pieces, soak in cold water, take out, deep-fry in 60% heated oil to golden yellow and pick out.
    2. When cool, cut open the tops, remove the insides, add diced winter bamboo shoots, diced mushrooms, and fresh peas, close the tops, place on a plate, pout on hot sauce.
