Shaanxi Dishes consists of local dishes from the Guanzhong area, North Shaanxi and Hanzhong. Typical dishes are braised chicken with gourd, meat stewed with local fungus, shoulder or ham of pork, glided cabbage, and shredded stomach in sour and hot soup.
